Courier delivery in Canada and abroad (FedEx, UPS, Purolator, DHL)
Need it faster, or need the hard copy sent to another country? Book a courier yourself and we hand your package to the driver at our office.
- Choose a courier. FedEx, UPS, Purolator or DHL Express (convenient for international shipping). Compare prices and delivery times on their websites.
- Create a shipment online. Use our office as the pickup (sender) address:
- Calgary: Suite 1800, 330 5 Ave SW, Calgary Place, Tower One, Calgary, AB T2P 0L4, phone (403) 389-2961
Enter your own address, or the address abroad, as the delivery address.
- Pay the courier on its website.
- Email us the shipping label (PDF). We print it and attach it to your package:
- Schedule a pickup at our office on a business day, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Calgary time).
- Forward the courier confirmation to the same email: tracking number, pickup date and courier name, so your package is ready for the driver.
- Track your package with the tracking number from the courier.
Shipping abroad
- Choose the courier's documents or document envelope service; certified translations have no commercial value.
- Add the recipient's phone number: couriers need it for international delivery.
- Most institutions abroad ask for the signed hard copy, so order the hard copy, not only the PDF.
Tips: book the pickup 2-3 business days ahead, list our office phone number for the driver, and keep your tracking number.
