We translate birth and marriage certificates for Canadian passport applications (passport offices) in Alberta. Due to the strict and specific translation requirements, all translations go through additional paperwork which results in higher fees and longer turnaround times.
For Canadian passport applications we only translate from:
Arabic, Chinese, French, Hebrew, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Ukrainian, Japanese.
The cost of translation for a one-page birth certificate for passport office: $99 + GST.
Turnaround time: from 3 business days.
Regular mailing is free and takes 2-4 more days (if you don't opt for Xpresspost delivery).
How to order
You may place an online order by simply filling out the Free quote form or by emailing us the document to be translated. You are also welcome to come over to our office.
Most translations (with affidavits) are completed within 1-3 business days. Check our pricing and delivery please.

Residents of Red Deer, Lethbridge, St. Albert, Medicine Hat, Grande Prairie, Airdrie, Lloydminster and other cities and towns of Alberta can get their documents properly translated by certified translators, notarized if needed and mailed to them over via Canada Post. We process online orders 7 days a week.
