Voice-over is charged by the word: up to 750 words costs $349, and long scripts of 10,000 words and over start at $1,500. The minimum charge is $349 for regular languages and $599 for exotic ones, before tax; 5% GST applies in Alberta. The service is fully online, so studios and companies in Calgary, Edmonton and the rest of the province work with us without visiting an office.

Languages and voices

We record with native-speaking voice talent and cover 50+ languages, the same range as our subtitling. The languages Alberta clients ask for most often are Arabic, Chinese, French, Hindi, Punjabi, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog and Ukrainian, and English recordings are made in a neutral Canadian delivery unless you ask for something else. Tell us the audience and the register you want — instructional, corporate, conversational — and we match the voice to it before recording starts.

If the script does not exist yet and you only have a recording, our transcription service produces the text first, from $3 per minute.
