We translate audio, video, and presentations into 50+ languages — with subtitles or native-quality voiceovers. Ideal for businesses, educators, and content creators.
In short: you send the file, we transcribe it, translate it, and return it with subtitles, a voiceover, or both. A simple short video starts at $349 and a full presentation at $999. The minimum order is $349, or $599 for exotic languages. Prices are before taxes; 5% GST applies in Alberta. Everything is handled online, so businesses in Calgary, Edmonton and the rest of the province work with us without visiting an office.
Corporate videos, training modules, podcasts, product demos, e-learning, and more.
Most of the media we localize for Alberta organizations falls into a few groups: workplace safety and orientation videos recorded by industrial and construction employers around Calgary and Edmonton for crews who read a language other than English; training and e-learning modules used by training providers and colleges across the province; public-information and community videos aimed at newcomer audiences; and product demos and corporate videos made by Alberta companies selling outside Canada. Common target languages for these projects are Arabic, Chinese, French, Hindi, Punjabi, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog and Ukrainian, and we cover 50+ languages in total.
Send the audio or video file itself, plus a script or slide deck if you have one, and tell us three things: the target languages, the deadline, and whether you need subtitles, a voiceover, or both. If a written transcript is all you need, our transcription service covers that separately, and voiceover has its own page. If you also need certified translation of paper documents for an Alberta institution, that is priced per page instead — see pricing.

How much does it cost to translate a video?
Pricing is per project. A simple short video starts at $349 and a full presentation at $999. The minimum order is $349 for standard languages and $599 for exotic languages, before 5% GST.
Do I have to choose between subtitles and dubbing?
No. We deliver subtitles, a voiceover, or both from the same transcription and translation pass, in 50+ languages, with native-speaking voice talents.
How does the project run?
Four steps: you send the audio or video file, we transcribe and translate it, we subtitle and/or dub it in the target languages, and you receive ready-to-use files. Rush service is available.
Do you work with businesses outside Calgary and Edmonton?
Yes. The service is fully online and files are exchanged by email, so location within Alberta makes no difference to price or turnaround.
