How a consultation works

1. Intake. You tell us which document types you translate, into which languages, how often, and who signs off on the result.
2. Review. We look at samples of your current output — source files, existing translations, any machine output you already produce — and identify where the time and money actually go.
3. Working session. An online meeting covering strategy, tool selection, workflow design, quality assurance and, where useful, basic training for the people who will run the process.
4. Follow-up. You keep the recommended workflow and terminology material. If you want part of the work handled by us instead, we quote it as a normal business translation or post-editing order.

Terminology and quality control

Most of the value in an AI translation workflow comes from what surrounds the model, not the model itself. We help you build a glossary of the terms that must always be rendered the same way, a do-not-translate list for product names, codes and legal designations, and a short style guide covering tone, units, date formats and how your brand addresses its readers.
